Common questions
Added MRR means the projected monthly recurring revenue increase if the new offer closes at your historical rates. It's a projection built from your real numbers, not a guarantee. The actual result depends on how consistently the offer is pitched, how well the market receives the new pricing, and how fast you execute. It gives you a number to aim at and hold yourself accountable to.
Realistically, 2–4 hours per week. The big time investment is weeks 1–2 when we're doing the diagnostic and you're pulling data. After that, it's mostly reviewing deliverables, attending weekly 60-min calls, and making sure your team is pitching the new offer. We build the tools: you use them.
A retainer is open-ended: you're paying for access and advice over time. This is a fixed-scope project with defined deliverables and a hard end date. You know exactly what you're getting, when you're getting it, and what it costs. If we work well together and you want to continue after the 90 days, that conversation happens at the end: not as a condition of starting.

The Sprint is designed around the math of MRR, so if your revenue is all one-off projects or transactional, the model won't work the same way. When you apply, we'll tell you directly if we think it's a fit.
